Rectified Master Plan

Dear Eric:
In response to the conditions of approval and comments received from the CRA Board and staff,
revisions have been made to the Master Plan and building elevations. These revisions are
consistent with the discussions at our last meeting. Attached for your review and certification are
four (4) prints of the revised Master Plan and architectural elevations. The revisions are generally
described below:
1. The building elevations have been enhanced per CRA Board and staff comments. The
elevations also show a slight increase in building height, however it is still within the
maximum 45 foot height limitation.
2. Perimeter fencing has been changed from precast concrete to decorative aluminum rail
along the west and south property lines. The rail will match the aluminum railing that is
shown by detail on the approved plans for the east property line.
3. An additional residential driveway has been added near the northwest corner of the
property on phase II per Condition #33.
4. Additional sidewalks have been added along the west property line to connect with the
public sidewalk to be constructed within the right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway.
5. The carport structure along the phase line has been depicted.
You may also have noticed that a marketing name, Avezano, has been selected for the project.
To hopefully alleviate any confusion, please note that the permit plans have been submitted
under this name.
We appreciate your cooperation with these revisions and understand that they will be processed
administratively under the minor modification criteria within the code. Should you need any
additional information or clarification of the revisions, please give us a call.
Sincerely,
