Dear Ms. Tuttle:
In response to your request dated September 11, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Addition of exterior stairwell (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 9/11/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. All components of the new stairwell shall consist of the same
materials as the remainder of the structure, have the same finish
and be painted the same color. The railing shall match the other
railing already approved on the original building.
2. All landscaping originally approved in the vicinity of the
stairwell addition shall still be installed. Any modification
thereto shall be coordinated in advance with the City Forester.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

RE: Gulfstream Gardens - Minor Site Plan Modification
Please consider this request for a Minor Site Plan modification. The request is to revise the
clubhouse to include an outside covered stairwell. Because the stairwell is covered this will
increase the square footage by roughly 200 sq. ft. This increase does not affect the parking
ratio. I've attached an 11 x 17 of the approved clubhouse along with 4 sets of 24 x 36 drawings
of the proposed clubhouse. Also attached is a check for $100 made payable to the City of
Boynton Beach for submittal fees.
