All components of the new stairwell shall consist of the same materials as the remainder of the structure, have the same finish and be painted the same color. The railing shall match the other railing already approved on the original building. 2. All landscaping originally approved in the vicinity of the stairwell addition shall still be installed. Any modification thereto shall be coordinated in advance with the City Forester. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. The request is to revise the clubhouse to include an outside covered stairwell. Because the stairwell is covered this will increase the square footage by roughly 200 sq. ft. This increase does not affect the parking ratio. I've attached an 11 x 17 of the approved clubhouse along with 4 sets of 24 x 36 drawings of the proposed clubhouse.
