Dear Mr. Rumpf:
I am writing to you to request a Height Exception for the Hemingway Square
Townhomes project. The mean roof height ! maximum building height is 45'-0" and
with the addition of the fireplaces that have flue chimneys the new building height has
increased to approximately 49' .0". The total additional height for the height exception is
approximately 3'.9" from the mean roof height of 45'.0" to the top of the chimney flue.
Buildings number two and four will require a Height Exception of 4' -0".
Please see attached exhibit' A' for elevations with dimensions.
