Dear Ms. Santiago:
In response to your request dated August 22, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of mezzanine space (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Addition of windows and a door on the south elevation of the
building (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 8/22/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The windows shall match the other glass areas on the building and
the door shall match the other doors on the building relative to
style, materials and color.
2. Any patching or repair of the exterior wall shall consist of the
same materials as the remainder of the structure, have the same
finish and be painted the same color.
3. The mezzanine floor space shall be limited to a total of 960 square
feet, based on the prorated share of mezzanine space originally
approved for the entire building.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Builders Plus would like to add a mezzanine (second floor) to its office. The windows on the South
Elevation are new and not pre-existing. The mezzanine area will not be open to the public.
Attached are four elevation drawings along with the plans for the desired addition. Please
review and comment so we may proceed with the permitting process.
