Dear Mr. Costello:
In response to your request dated October 27, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modifications to the recreation area (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
· Modification to paver driveways (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
· Correction of landscape quantities (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
· Modification of Littoral Plan and Lake Management Plan (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
· Modification of Landscape Plan along High Ridge Road and along
Miner Road (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Modification of High Ridge Road transition from three lanes to
two lanes at the north end of the site (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
· Relocation of the lift station to the southwest corner of the
site (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Shifting of the two (2) eight unit townhouse building facing
Miner Road twenty feet to the east to accommodate the relocated
lift station (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Reduction in the buffer along High Ridge Road to accommodate a
15 foot dedication of right-of-way to Palm Beach County (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 10/30/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. Should Palm Beach County require further modification of the
landscape plans along the r-o-w, further amendments to these plans
will be required to be approved by the City.
2. Provide a greater clustering of landscape at the northeast corner
of the site along High Ridge Road and Unit 174.
3. Provide additional landscaping, at varying heights between 2 and 5
feet, at south terminus of road at Miner Road between Units 16 & 17
and again at the east terminus of the road at High Ridge Road
between Units 139 & 140.
4. Provide additional landscaping in lengthened landscape islands in
front of Units 82 through 84 and Units 138-139.
5. The proposed landscape around the wall of the lift station must be
planted a minimum of one-half the height of the wall.
6. The applicant will be required to execute a Hold Harmless Agreement
for all properties that have water and/or sewer mains under their
driveways.
7. Submit a copy of the HOA documents indicating the responsibility
for installation and maintenance of the landscaping in the r-o-w.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
