I have reviewed the above referenced plat and have the following comments:
1. Plat (Page 2) - Under the Surveyor's Notes #2, correct the sentence to read "Setbacks are per the
approved PUD Master Plan", not City Code as indicated.
2. CE (Page 1) - Correct the spelling of "Perimeter" at all locations on this page.
3. CE (Page 1) - Correct the Note that indicates that no trees or shrubs are to be planted within
easements. Prefer the language utilized under Surveyor's Note #3 on the plat.
4. CE (Page 10) - Page #10 is missing. The sequence of pages skips from Page 9 to Page 11.

Dear Mr. Breese
Thank you for your time you aRowed me to look over the plans for 1hls development. You and I
discussed the fact Ihat there was not a fence Of any kWI ~Ing the east end $OUIh poI1ion
of the property to be developed, and that this was not a requirement for thls.dewelopment to be
appmyed. After looking over the situation I would 6ke to address 1he fact th8t the8e ... willie
open for students passing through the new deYelOpment to go to SChOol and also could bring IIl!ft
and vandaJizing not only to our residents but to the I'eSidents of the new deveIopnent if tis ..
was not closed off with some type of fence. I un<Jerstand that the argument wi be that people
shOuld not go on other people's property, but we curremIy have this problem with the meadows
children passirlQ through our .complex, so, hrefore I know it is possible.
Also. we are having a problem at HypoIuxo Road and L.ewrence road with the nfIIc guards not
showing up or leaving eerly. If these 45 single fam;1y homes are built this will indeed have an
impact on the traffic by foot as well as by cars, and we hope that f1I9 has been ad(hssed before
this Is approved.
I have also attached a copy of an emaI that our President. Neil Redmond sent to Joe QulIuso,
DIrector of Land development for the Albanese 0eveI0pmenl Corp. staring thal we did not
approve the request for an emergency exit road that would empty intO our community at the nor1h
gate. .
