Dear Ms. Teitelbaum:
In response to your request date-stamped February 3, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Installation of new monument sign and relocation of existing
monument sign (as depicted on the attached plan) i
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 2/3/06 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review. This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application, subject to the following conditions:
1. Landscaping is required by code around the base of monument signs.
When submitting for the sign permit, depict on the drawing any
existing landscaping at the sign locations. If the area around the
sign is devoid of landscaping, a separate landscape permit will be
required, which must be submitted prior to issuance of the sign
permit.
2. The sign shall be a minimum of 10 feet from all property lines,
outside of the 25 foot sight triangle, and not cause the removal of
any parking spaces.
Be advised that any proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you
have additional questions.
Sincerely,
Principal Planner

Dear Mr. Rumpf,
Please accept this letter of request for administrative approval of a minor modification to our built site. This
request is for a new illuminated monument sign fronting Congress Ave. with a set back of 10 feet from the
property line. The new sign will be larger than the current sign but well within the required limits of the
Boynton Beach Planning and Zoning Division.
The existing sign will be moved to the 23rd/Golf Street entrance to the site and will be installed as a non-
illuminated sign.
Thank you for your consideration. I may be contacted for any questions @ 965-1864 ext.l 081.
Yourstruly, ~~
