Congress Ave.) MMSP 06-006 Dear Ms. Teitelbaum: In response to your request date-stamped February 3, 2006 for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following: · Installation of new monument sign and relocation of existing monument sign (as depicted on the attached plan) i Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 2/3/06 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscaping is required by code around the base of monument signs. When submitting for the sign permit, depict on the drawing any existing landscaping at the sign locations. If the area around the sign is devoid of landscaping, a separate landscape permit will be required, which must be submitted prior to issuance of the sign permit. 2. The sign shall be a minimum of 10 feet from all property lines, outside of the 25 foot sight triangle, and not cause the removal of any parking spaces. This request is for a new illuminated monument sign fronting Congress Ave. with a set back of 10 feet from the property line. The new sign will be larger than the current sign but well within the required limits of the Boynton Beach Planning and Zoning Division. The existing sign will be moved to the 23rd/Golf Street entrance to the site and will be installed as a non- illuminated sign. Thank you for your consideration.
