Dear Mr. Quinn:
In response to your request dated April 26, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modification of storefront (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 5/2/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The new storefront shall match the other glass areas on the
building relative to style, materials and color.
2. The construction of the wall shall consist of the same materials as
the remainder of the structure, have the same finish and be painted
the same color.
3. Signage will require separate approvals at time of permit.
Therefore, even though signage is depicted on the attached drawing,
there are no approvals for what is indicated.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Attached are the revised elevations for the Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse store located at'~ N. Congress
Avenue. The only modifications to the elevations are as follows:
Along the side exterior elevation, we will be infilling the existing storefront system with materials to match the
existing wall conditions.
Along the front elevation, we will be adding a set of double doors, so that there will now be 2 sets of double
doors in the same storefront system that the current set of doors are in. Then along the elevation to the right
and left we will be adding to the existing storefront window system to allow more light and views into the
building.
