Re: Minor site plan modification for Peninsula @ Boynton Beach,

Buildings 100 (06-1890) and 200 (06-1892)
Mr. Ed Breese,
There are two areas where we made changes to the exterior of the 2 story townhouses. Please see
attached drawings.
On the rear elevation, there is a recessed area of the building to give the building some relief. On the
Commission Approved drawings the roof went straight across and created a deep overhang. On the
permit drawings this roof was cut back to the normal overhang. We made this change to more closely
resemble a similar condition that occurs on the rear of the 3 story buildings.
On the side elevation of the 2 story townhouses, some of the windows on the second floor have
changed. 2 narrow windows were omitted and 1 wider and slightly shorter window was added. This
was done to raise the sill to 36" min. per code and to also increase the amount of bed wall space for the
bedroom.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
~C.~
