Modification to parking lot to comply with ADA regulations (as depicted on the attached plan) ; Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 5/31/06 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. Although the modification of the parking lot will reduce the overall number of parking spaces, compliance with the ADA code is the determining factor in granting this approval. As such, this proj ect may continue to be processed by the Building Division. Be advised that any proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Dear Sir, I have applied for a building permit to modify the Paz Plaza parking lot to comply with ADA requirements. Paz Plaza was built before the enactment of the ADA. According to the reviewer Karen Main, the proposed changes to the parking lot constitute a modification to the approved site plan. This letter is to request a minor site plan modification for Paz Plaza as suggested by the reviewer.
