In response to your request dated January 9, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of Multi-Purpose Room (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 2/22/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

2. If the scope of the project demands removal of landscaping, then
such plant material must be relocated to an area subj ect to

and shall be appropriately irrigated. Coordinate with the City
Forester.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
