Dear Mr. Hall:
In response to your request dated March 27, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Reduction of one (1) surplus parking space due to internal
roadway re-alignment (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/3/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

The above referenced Site Plans, received on April 4, 2006, for Public Works, Engineering, and Utilities
against the requirements outlined in the City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. We have no
objection to the project modification however we would like to make the following comment:
· The Minor Site Plan Modification plans indicate that 26 parking spaces were provided, a reduction of
one from the Commission Approved plans. However the Commission Approved plans show a total of
36 available public parking spaces throughout the development. The Florida Building Code requires
one handicap parking space be provided per 25 regular stalls or fraction thereof. In either case for
this site no less than 2 handicap parking stalls shall be provided.
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or need further clarification regarding this project.

Dear Mr. Rumpf,
During the creation of the plat, it was determined that the pavement width on the main
loop road at the southeast comer of the project did not maintain the minimum width of
22' as required by the city code. Unfortunately, modifying the alignment of the radius to
maintain the 22' of pavement requires the loss of one parking space. The approved site
plan provided 4 guest parking stalls over the code requirements. The loss of one parking
stall will provide this site with 3 stalls over the required number. In lieu of the parking
stall we will be providing a green area with the required landscape per the city's code.
Based upon the foregoing, we are hereby requesting your approval to amend the
approved site plan as listed above.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please do

Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Attached you will find our application package for a site plan
revision to the above referenced project. This modification includes
a revision to the road alignment at the south east corner of the
property. Unfortunately this realignment requires the removal of one
of the guest parking stalls. Our package includes the following:
1. Letter from the developer indicating the reason for the
modification and requesting your review and approval.
2. Four copies of the revised sheets of the site plan.
3. Boynton Townhomes, LLC. Check No. 1045 in the amount of
$100.00.
