Dear Mr. Dalka:
In response to your revised request dated April 17 , 2006 for the administrative review and approval
ofthe modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Relocation of previously approved generator equipment enclosure in combination with new
dumpsters (as depicted on the attached drawings).
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 3/28/06 are "minor"
as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The enclosure walls should totally screen from view the proposed seven (7) foot tall generator.
The construction of the walls shall have the same finish and be painted the same color as that of
the main structure.
2. Exact alignment of the dumpsters and generator shall be field coordinated with the Solid Waste
Division of Public Works to provide optimum maneuvering and circulation, prior to the
placement of any concrete.
3. The landscape material proposed aroWld the perimeter of the enclosures shall be planted at a
minimum of one-half the height of the walls.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please

Dear Mr. Heinkel:
In response to your request dated Februaryl5, 2006 for the administrative review and approval ofthe
modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition ofa generator equipment enclosure (as depicted on the attached drawings).
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 2/15/06 are "minor"
as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The generator enclosure location be moved to the north by approximately 12 -13 parking spaces,
onto the landscape island on the opposite side of the same parking row. The gates for the
enclosure would then be on the west side of the enclosure, with cocoplum hedges aroWld the other
three sides. The gateposts should not be located in, or on top of, the 6" raised curb as depicted on
the floor plan detail.

Easton Group) have reached a compromise / understanding that combining the generator and
dumpster enclosures would be more aesthetically appealing. You have both Itasca Construction Associates and
Peachtree's approval to allow Advantis to continue with their new location superceding any previous intentions.
