Dear Mr. Nardone:
In response to your request dated September 28, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Additional curb ramping in front of Building "C" (as depicted on
the attached plan) .
· Widening of the driveway under the portal entry between
Buildings "C" & "F" (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Relocation of retaining wall to allow landscape (as depicted on
the attached plan) .
· Addition of planting material and vines at retaining wall (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
· Parking lot grade changes at the retaining wall (as depicted on
the attached plan) .
· Relocation of two light poles to adj acent landscape islands
along the east retaining wall (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
· Relocation of sidewalk at Gateway Boulevard easternmost entrance
(as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 9/28/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

Dear Mr. Breese,
Per our meeting on September 13,2006, as a follow-up I am providing this letter as a
summary of the proposed Minor Site Modifications.
. Provided an additional accessible curb ramp in the front of Building "C"
Publix.
. Widened the driveway under the Portal Entry between Publix and Building
"F" .
. Relocated the retaining wall forward to allow for vertical recessed areas for
planting.
. Provided additional plantings and vines along the retaining wall.
. Raised the grade of the parking lot along the retaining wall.
. Relocated two light poles to the adjacent islands.
. Relocated sidewalk at the entry drive from Gateway Blvd. nearest the
Publix ADA Accessibility.
