Addition of a retaining wall along the western edge of the property (as depicted on the attached plan) . Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised date stamped 5/8/06 are "minor" as defined within the Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review. project may continue to be processed by the Building Division permit application, subject to the following conditions: plan Land This as a 1. Sheet A-1 - Detail A/A.1 refers to FBC 2504.2.2. There is no such Section in the 2004 Edition. Please correct this detail on the permit plans. 2. Sheet A.1 - Detail A/A.1 calls out 5/8" stucco and masonry. Note #2 calls out 7/8". Please correct this detail and note on the permit plans. 3. All portions of the proposed retaining wall shall be contained within the property line. 4. Caution shall be used in working around the existing water meter. It shall remain in a grassy (non-surfaced) area. Contact the City of Boynton Beach Utilities Dept. if a change in grade is required for the meter. 5. Per the LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article II, Section 5.C.2. Ficus species are not permitted. Please substitute an acceptable hedge material, meeting all of the code requirements for height and spacing, on the revisions to the permit plans. 6. Provide written and graphic scales on all sheets. 7. Provide a north arrow on the plan. 8. Paving, drainage and site details will not be reviewed for construction acceptability at this time.
