The above referenced site plan, received on 5/30/07, was reviewed for Public Works, Engineering, and
Utilities against the requirements outlined in the City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. This
request is for modifications to the first driveway east of Congress Ave. on Renaissance Drive. We have
no objection to the proposed changes.

In response to your letter dated May 4,2007, please accept this request for a formal modification to the approved
engineering plans for Renaissance Drive as it affects the Phase 1 and Phase 3 plans. Attached are the following
documents for your review:
A. Four (4) copies of Revised Paving, Grading and Drainage Plans to implement the conceptually approved
Renaissance Drive modification.
1. Renaissance Commons Phase 1:
Revised Sheet 1/23 of the Paving, Grading, and Drainage Plans. The first intersection east of
Congress Avenue on Renaissance Drive was modified as follows:
a. Add a full access point.
b. Add a left turn lane to the west approach
c. Add a stop condition to the east approach
d. Remove the right turn only restriction at the south approach
e. Continue two eastbound through lanes past the intersection
f. Revise pavement marking and signage as appropriate
2. Renaissance Commons Phase 3: Revised Sheet 2/13 of the Paving, Grading, and Drainage Plans.
The first intersection east of Congress Avenue on Renaissance Drive was modified to allow full
access movements. Therefore, the striping and signage was modified to remove the right turn only
restriction at the north approach.
Compson will make a submittal to Ed Breese, Planning and Zoning Division, for the minor modification to the Site
Plan.

Dear Mr. Schnars:
We are in receipt of your plan revisions. dated April 20, 2007, which respond to comments made
November 29, 2006. The new proposed layout is acceptable and you may proceed with formal site
plan modifications through the Planning & Zoning Department.
We do have two items that need to be resolved prior to approval of a minor modification:
. Delete the "left tum only" arrow .shown on the fir.stdriveway east of Congress Ave. The arrow is
located in the southbound lane of this driveway.
. Add signing at the first driveway west of Congress Ave. on the north and south side of
Renaissance Dr. indicating that eastbound traffic is through traffic (Le.: does not stop.)
