In response to your request dated-stamped October 11, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Elimination/Modification of landscaping (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
. Modification of paver and sidewalk areas (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
. Modification of awnings (as depicted on the attached plan) .
. Re-arrangement of approved building colors on the fa<;ade (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 10/17/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Dear Mr. Rumph,
We are submitting to you some minor modifications to site plan # NWSP-03-007. These
changes are mainly aesthetic in nature, and include changes in paint color, as well as
changes to the pavers on the west side of the building, the sidewalk ramp and the
dumpster ramp. The landscaping around the sidewalk was also affected and may require
additional adjustments by the city or the owner. Included in this submission are the
plans, enumerations and narratives addressing the changes from each of the disciplines.

Revised column bases and awning colors per the attached drawings.
Revised paint colors as shown on the elevations and attached color chips.
Revised sidewalk & brick pavers pattern addition of door for elevations
attached.

The following is a list of landscape changes made to Phase1 Building 5 as a result of the
revised hardscape areas:
. Eliminated 4 Double Alexander palms from the front of the building, relocated location
of material to be determined
. Eliminated 156 lIex Shillings from the front of the building, relocated location of
material to be determined
. Eliminated 3 Japanese Fern trees from southeast corner of building, relocated location
of material to be determined.
. Repositioned Italian Cypress and Double Alexander palms to avoid conflicts with
hardscape elements
. Located eliminated Coconut Palm from Building 6 in the rear near loading area
The resulting tabulation of plant quantities is as follows:

8/12/05 revision narrative:
All revision were related to the area immediately adjacent to building
5:
1. The sidewalk on the west side was widened by 3 feet.
2. Additional sidewalk connection were provided to the parking lot
3. The sidewalk ramp on the NE corner was revised.
4. The driveway to the trash room in the NE corner was revised from
pavers to concrete for durability reasons.
