date stamped 7/13/05 are "minor" as defined within the

the Building Department (comments attached) which triggered this submission.
The following items are included:
1. Check for $100.00;
2. Three (3) signed and sealed copies of the changes;
3. Copy of permit numbers and references;
4. Enumeration of documents list.

As we discussed, our Building Department permits have been submitted for months. Once the
minor modification is approved we can be issued our building permits shortly thereafter.

and exterior elevations of the building, since the original approval. I am submitting 2
copies signed and sealed for each building listed above, some stairs towers were added,
because of stair being extended to the roof. Elevator towers were added, to comply with
height requirements needed for elevator, by manufacturer. Balcony roofs were altered, so
as structural walls of roof would live up with structural walls of balconies, also windows
were removed from comer units, because of furnishing conditions and energy conditions.

relocated. Also a food preparation area was added. The Porte- Cochere was eliminated,
because The Radius of the drive was too tight. Windows were deleted, because of the
bathrooms being relocated. The bar are at the roof baths, was changed for a vendor area.
