Dear Mr. Smollett:
In response to your request date-stamped September 16, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modification of windows (as an option on Model A only) on the
side elevations and addition of window on the first floor garage
side elevation that was inadvertently left off the original
drawings (as depicted on the attached drawings) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 9/16/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

To Whom It May Concern:
On the above referenced project there are two interior options that affect the exterior
elevation in regards to window locations. Below is an outline of such changes for entire project.
On model A and only A which is an end unit, when the bath and guest suite option is taken on the
first floor a window is added to the bath for ventilation on the side or end elevations. On the same
model A when the third floor turns into two master suites the original master suite bathroom
shower shifts to exterior side wall and we have to narrow original window that was there for a tub
to accommodate a shower width now.
These are the options which change or alter the exterior elevation on sides of buildings to a small
degree when options are taken by home owner.
Please see attached Ilxl7 pages showing standard elevations A, B & C with no options indicated
and also please see attached sheets showing all possible option scenarios done for each building
elevation type. Please be advised that the window that is shown on first floor side elevation at
garage area is standard, this window was inadvertently left off through the pre-submittal process.

schemes 1 to 3. This is the master color schedule that will be used for the entire project; each
building will have its own individual scheme. Please see pre-determined color scheme for each
building listed. Also on the permitted sets for submittal, I will have on the elevation page the

enlarged master bath option when this option is taken on the third floor there is a window added
to the front elevation at master suite. These are the options which change or alter the exterior
elevation to a small degree).
On building #23 unit #109 double master suite is taken and window is added to front
elevation.
On building #2 unit #8 first floor bath/bedroom option is taken and window added.
