(all as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plans
date stamped 11/23/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review. This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application, with the following condition:
1. The overflow scuppers be relocated so as not to deposit the roof
drainage on the decorative awnings.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you
have additional questions.

The elevation changes are much better. Thank you! One little additional tweak we would recommend is
having the tower features on the north and south ends of the building match (preferably the south one), as
opposed to having three different ones on the same structure. With that, we are also suggesting that the foam trim
on the towers reflect the same style and dimension as originally proposed by Mouriz Salazar, giving the tower
some prominence.
I would need four (4) full size sheets with these changes to insert into the rest of the Minor Mod pages,
inorder to complete the package and sign-off. Thank you again for working this through. Ed
