Dear Mr. Poist:
In response to your request dated June 17, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Elevation changes to Building 5 (as depicted on the attached
plan), including:
Modification

Addition of

Modification of residential entry doors
Addition of overflow scuppers
Removal of arch or eyebrow over garage doors
Detailing of decorative french doors
Addition of decorative aluminum shutters to east elevation
windows
Specification of canvass awning colors

Modification of building colors
of storefront window design
of residential window design
dormers and decorative windows

Elevation changes to Building 6 (as depicted on the attached
plan), including:
Modification of storefront window design
Modification of stucco band design on west elevation
Shifting of doors and window locations and changing single
doors to double
Modification of windows on the tower from two (2) to three (3)

Addition of canvass awnings and specification of color
Addition of decorative wall light fixtures
Addition of pendant light fixtures under covered walkway
Shift in trellis locations and height
Addition of windows and awnings on east elevation
Addition of enclosed rear entry on east elevation
Modification of building colors
(all as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plans
date stamped 6/22/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review. This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Please find attached the cover letter and submittal packages, for buildings 5 & 6, for the minor site plan
modification to NWSP-03-031 0, as prepared by Quincy Johnson, and date stamped June 14, 2004.
Four sets of the documents are being presented as follows:
Building 5:
· colors and finish materials for, paint, outriggers, railings and canvas awnings
· drawings A2.0, A2.1 and colored elevation
Building 6:
· revised colors and finish materials including paint, outriggers and canvas awnings.
· Drawings A2.0, a colored elevation and an original submission approved plan.
The enumeration of documents are also enclosed.
Minor site plan package by Mouriz Salazar sheets SP-1, A-2.8.1 G, SP-2 & A-2.7.1 G
A narrative explanation of the changes is indicated on the drawings. These are indicated as clouded
areas with a written description directly adjacent to the clouds.
We have also enclosed four copies of drawings by Schnars Engineering; cover sheet and SP-1 through
SP-4.
