Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised date stamped 3/24/06 are "minor" as defined within the Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review. project may continue to be processed by the Building Division permit application, subject to the following conditions: plan Land This as a 1. The colors swatches attached to the drawings do not correspond with the placement on the building. Please correct at time of building permit submittal. 2. The sign style, lettering, and color for the plaza should be uniform and coordinated with the new building colors. The typical wall sign to be utilized should be submitted with the permit application for the above-mentioned improvements and approved by the Plan Review Analyst. It will be used as the template for all future sign approvals for the plaza. 3. Increase the size and amount of landscaping along both west wall elevations to soften the large expanse of blank wall.
