Dear Mr. Jaramillo:
In response to your request dated March 23, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 3/24/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The colors swatches attached to the drawings do not correspond with
the placement on the building. Please correct at time of building
permit submittal.
2. The sign style, lettering, and color for the plaza should be
uniform and coordinated with the new building colors. The typical
wall sign to be utilized should be submitted with the permit
application for the above-mentioned improvements and approved by
the Plan Review Analyst. It will be used as the template for all
future sign approvals for the plaza.
3. Increase the size and amount of landscaping along both west wall
elevations to soften the large expanse of blank wall.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Attached please find four copies of the proposed changes to the Regency
Business Plaza located at 3300 Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach, Florida.
The scope of changes include the following:
New paint colors- see attached drawings.
New Columnade feature with new stucco and foam banding.
New Foam banding and stucco reveals-See Elevations
New pre-cast "Pineapple" concrete medallions- refer to elevations.
New Signage to be under separate submittal and permit.
New columnade drywall ceilings.
Please refer to the enclosed package for any clarifications of this scope.
