The modification relates to the exterior wall material finish below the horizontal band at the window sills. The original DRC submittal indicated this to be painted stucco. We have changed it to be split face CMU, painted the same as the original DRC submittal (see attached 12 x 18 sheet A2). Also enclosed is a one hundred dollar review fee made out to the City of Boynton Beach. In addition we have reduced the number of site light fixtures and revised a photometric plan taking into account the under canopy lights. The pole is to be a tapered direct burial pole, 25' high as shown in the attached revise sheet ES 100.
