In response to your request dated August 23, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of Split Face CMU below the horizontal band at the
window sills (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Modification of the Photometric Plan (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 9/28/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Dear Mr. Breese:
Per our telephone discussion on 8/22/06, please accept this letter and revised drawings as our submittal for
a minor site plan modification. The modification relates to the exterior wall material finish below the
horizontal band at the window sills. The original DRC submittal indicated this to be painted stucco. We
have changed it to be split face CMU, painted the same as the original DRC submittal (see attached 12 x
18 sheet A2). Also enclosed is a one hundred dollar review fee made out to the City of Boynton Beach. In
addition we have reduced the number of site light fixtures and revised a photometric plan taking into
account the under canopy lights. The pole is to be a tapered direct burial pole, 25' high as shown in the
attached revise sheet ES 100.
