These are the figures:
Roof area (East tower)= 11,416 s.f.
North stairwell= 207 s.f.
Elevator core (only parapet above 75'-0")= 86 s.f.
Percentage of area above 75'-0"= 2.57%
That is considering only the East tower, but if you want to compute the West
tower two, you should add 8,795 s.f. and the total roof area (for both
towers)
would be 20,211 s.f.; therefore the percentage of area above 75'-0" would be
only 1. 45%.
