These particular items were considered by the Community Redevelopment Agency
on April 12, 2005 (having been previously tabled from an earlier meeting). They are now
on the final agenda for the City Commission meeting of April 19, 2005. As I have stated,
the City Commission voted to table these items to a date yertail1.
We are relying upon the agenda, the vote and the statements that we will be heard
April 19, 20 5. This will be the third time this item will have appeared on the city agenda. I
am sure t re will be no further postponements.

Bradley, there is no right or wrong with respect to layout for the sign. Simply put, the
correct and complete dates, meeting location, and project description including location
are all that are needed. Just have the shop change as needed and insert additional dates.
That will save us all time. If it helps, we can provide you a copy of the LUAR legal

Pursuant to our discussions yesterday I understand that we will be now
following the schedule below for the public hearings. March 17th CRA Board,
April 5th City Commission/Public Hearing and first reading, April 19th City
Commission/second reading.
We will have the notice sign amended to reflect the March 17th CRA meeting
at 6:30pm and the April 5th City Commission meeting at 6:30pm. Please
contact us if we need to do anything further for the public notice in
advance of these hearings.

valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Once a Development Order has been issued
for the project, the. concurrency determination will be valid for the life of the Development
Order.

The Palm Beach County Traffic Division has reviewed the traffic study for the re-
development project entitled; Boynton Lofts, pursuant to the Traffic Performance
Standards in Article 12 of the Palm Beach County Land Development Code. This project

Based on our review, the Traffic Division has determined that the residential portion of
the proposed mixed use development is exempted from TPS review since the project is
located within the county designated Coastal Residential Exception Areas. Furthermore,
the non-residential portion of the proposed project meets the Traffic Performance
Standards of Palm Beach County. No building permits are to be issued by the town,
after the build-out date, specified above. The County traffic concurrency approval is
subject to the Project Aggregation Rules set forth in the Traffic Performance Standards
Ordinance,
