Dear Mr. Ackner:
In response to your request dated January 24, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Addition of a tote storage enclosure on the south side of the
retail space adjoining Walgreens (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 1/27/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. All building materials and colors shall match the existing on the
same building, relative to style, materials and color.
2. If the scope of the project demands removal/relocation of
landscaping, then such plant material must be relocated to an area
subject to approval of the City Forester.
3. The proposed addition shall not hinder the loading zone and trash
removal operations designed for the immediate vicinity.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
