In response to your request dated May 9, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification of Building Colors (as depicted on the attached
drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 5/11/06 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have
additional questions.

Please consider this letter as our application for Minor Modification to the approved
elevations for the Waterside project buildings #1 thru 17. The colors scheme as original
did not truly match the architectural intent.
Please find attached the four copies of elevations of the mentioned above building and a
check of 100.00 dollars to complete this request.
