Dear Mr. Sirianos:
In response to your request dated April 21, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of a 20' X 30' cream color aluminum shed (as depicted
on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/21/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. If the scope of the project demands removal/relocation of
landscaping, then such plant material must be relocated to an area
subject to approval of the City Forester.
2. The proposed landscaping shall provide a full, mature appearance at
the time of planting to ensure proper screening of the shed.
3. The Option "B" location of the shed near the southeast corner of
the site will be the approved location.
4. The doors for the shed shall face the Watershed building and not
the canal.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Dear Mr. Breese,
We are interested in putting in a shed at 4905 Park Ridge Rd. for storage etc.
In the interest oftime, I've included two options that would work ideally for us here at
the Watershed. Although Option B is our preferable location, we would be still satisfied
with Option A. The approximate size of either shed would be 20' x 30'.
