Dear Mr. Mejia:
In response to your request dated September 21, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification of the elevations for Buildings 1 through 17 (as
depicted on the attached drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 4/21/06 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. On Buildings 1 & 2, add a second faux window and balcony on
the third floor, over the other window on the second floor.
This will satisfy the Condition of Approval regarding
improvements to these two buildings.
2. On Building 17, the left elevation is the one facing Federal
Highway, which should have the two (2) faux windows and
balconies on the third floor.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have

Re: Application for Minor Modification to Approved Elevations
Attn: Planning & Zoning Official;
Please consider this letter as our application for Minor Modification to the approved
elevations for the Waterside project buildings # 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
16 & 17. The elevations modification was caused as the development of structural
construction started and we relocated units on the two and three story town-homes. We
also believe that the proposed minor modification of the attached buildings maintains the
same language used on the approved DRC package and along Federal Highway.
Please find attached the four copies of elevations of the mentioned above building and a
check of 100.00 dollars to complete this request.
