We have reviewed your analysis of leasable square footage at the mall and while there are discrepancies, we feel based on your findings our review and the existence of a substantial deviation which are added square footage to the mall site that enough square footage exists to allow for the construction of an automotive center at the Boynton Mall. We will need to work with you and the mall owners on rectifying our square footage information, but this can be done during the site plan and building permit process. I hope this letter is of some help to you, if you should have any questions please feel free to call me. Box 2409 Delray Beach, Fla. 33444 .. -- - Re: Boynton Beach Mall Access Road - Street Lighting Dear Mr. Adolphson: In response to your letter dated July 9, 1985, I would like to make the following comments as it regards to where we presently stand on the matter of street lights for the Mall Access Road. As you know, we have approval from Charles Walker of the County Engineer's Office, to construct the lights on the 12.5' wide, curbed, concrete median. Mr. Walker indicated that he wanted the lights to be installed in the median and not on the inside edge of the sidewalk. We also had a meeting with you and Mr. Villavicenchio, at which time it was agreed that the poles could be constructed in the concrete median, and you subsequently furnished us with the conduit which was in- stalled to provide electrical service at the median pole locations. Mr. Winchester agreed that he would pay for the cost of installation and Florida Power & Light would maintain the system, with power costs to be paid by Mr. Winchester. At some point in time the road would be dedicated to the City of Boynton Beach, who would than assume the responsibility from Mr. Winchester. We would like to have Florida Power & Light construct the street lighting as it was permitted and approved, Toward that end, by copy of this letter, we are inviting Charles Walker and Florida Power & Light to sit down to resolve this matter. Your earliest reply would be appreciated. Very truly yours, ROSSI~LAVASI ~ Enrico Rossi, P.E. ENGINEERS, INC.
