Addition of a rear sidewalk connecting tenant spaces (as depicted on the attached plan) . . Addition of a four (4) foot high privacy fence to enclose a/c equipment at the rear of the building (as depicted on the attached plan) . . Addition of a six (6) foot high privacy fence extending east from the rear of the building to screen neighboring tenant (as depicted on the attached plan) .
