Bamboo Lane proposed annexation. The subject property to be annexed does not
include the Bamboo Lane ingress-egress easement (private easement, not owned by
applicant). The Property Appraiser's office had incorrectly included the area within the
easement adjacent to the property into the acreage of the property (measured from
centerline of the easement), but the property owner does not own the area within the
easement and is working to correct the Property Appraiser's records (being taxed for
more land than they actually own).
