driveways may be permitted depending upon traffic volumes, but in no instance
shall the number of driveways exceed two (2) on each srreet.
Nature of Variance Requested:

statement of Special Conditions, Hardships, or other reasons
Justifying the Requested Variance (attached additional sheets if
necessary) :
There exists two (2) driveways into the Library and one (1) to the Tennis Courts.
The intent is to replace the existing Tennis Court drive further east.
The two (2) driveways at the Library serve two (2) seperate lots, one designated
ror starr and ioading, the other tor public parking. Using the public drive would
require installing a connecting drive between the two areas. This would eliminate
a~ ~easc Lour (~) parK1ng spaces and lncrease cons1derably the tratt1c at that drive
in a location already a hazard.
Since the third drive serves both the Activity Building and Madsen Center, its
shown location is reasonable for aCceRf:;. allow!=; ::In PRAY ::Inn A:lfp rrOAA flotJ t-hrnllgh
