Due to time constraints associated with receiving the Certificate of Occupancy, the owner i5 -willing to provide a cash performance surety in lieu ofthe completed work in the hopes that some resolution can be worked regarding what exactly is required for this buffer. At this ti.me the cost estimate will include all plantings as shown on the plan, a sod strip and irrigation, although we do 110t fMl all this is warranted for this area.
