Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Please find enclosed an estimate of cost for landscape improvements that the City is requesting
for the area west ofthc western buffer wall on the above mentioned project. Due to time
constraints associated with receiving the Certificate of Occupancy, the owner i5 -willing to
provide a cash performance surety in lieu ofthe completed work in the hopes that some
resolution can be worked regarding what exactly is required for this buffer. At this ti.me the cost
estimate will include all plantings as shown on the plan, a sod strip and irrigation, although we
do 110t fMl all this is warranted for this area. Please let me know if you have any questions or
nc additional information regarding this matter.
