the file.
My landscape schedule for next week is available on the S drive.
Also, let him know that there are several irrigation trenches in the parking lot areas that must be level and repaved
as part of the final inspection.

Hi David,
I reviewed the above site and you and I were correct. The landscaping shown on the plan
is virtually non-existent with the exception of a tree here and there. I'd suggest the
owner/agent meet with staff to explore a possible site plan modification given the fact
much of the approved/missing landscaping would need to be placed where the perimeter fence
is located. Otherwise, I don't see how they can achieve compliance with the fence in
place.
They could proceed with replacing the missing bougainvillea 10' on center along the
southern property line as shown on the plan and plant the missing trees on the landscape
islands in the parking lot. The permit referenced on the plan is 98-2593.
