Re: Maintenance repairs
Scope of Work:
1). Plant, Remove, Trim landscaping per plans submitted to City of Boynton Beach.
2). :v'~ake repairs ;to Carwash / C-Store walls to patch holes cracks etc.
3). Repair / R.eplace Curbing as needed.
4). Install Signs, Stripping as per plan.
5). Clean existing drainage system of debris.
6) Replace/Repair all exterior lighting including Area Lights, Canopy, Wall Mounted.
7). Patch paving as needed from trip hazards.
8). Paint C-Store, Carwash, Light Poles as needed.
9). Pressure clean canopy roof and replace tiles missing.
10. Inspect and repair irrigation system.
