we replaced 67 Coconut Palms that w~rc removed with 67 Areca Palms. Our landscaper. Buena
Vista Landscape Service. pertonned this installation and he tiled for and received his permit tor
this job, We lou, as an a.s::-;ociation, have a pcm,it for this work that was dom;. OUT permit

The 67 Coconut Palms that were rem()v~d wcn: an av~rdg~ ufan H inch caliper. The Areca
Palms LhaL we installed have a collective caliper measurement that exceeds the average 8 inch
caliper ufthe trees removed. The height of the Areca palms arc 8 feet tall and they have an
average spread of 5 feet_
We ~eknuwlcd~1; that th~ Ar~ca palms are to be left wltrimmcd to grow to their natural shape and
size. Our present ficus hedge is an average of 9 feet tall and we wish to trim it down slighlly lo
7-1/2 feet If.tll. We will nullrim it duwn any lower than that.
