The person to approve these proposed changes is the Landscape Architect who submitted the plans to the City. If that person works for your company and has been replaced by a new Landscape Architect, the new person should submit the changes in a letter form (fax number here is 561.742.6259). I have no difficulty with the proposed changes. 2. When the project is completed, inspected and approved by the City, the plans will have to be re-submitted as an as-built with the City's set of drawings also revised here in the office. 3. All trees must be 3" DBH or an accumulation of 3" DBH by planting additional trees. 4. All of the remaining items listed in the permit must be completed by the owners representative. You will have to get some structural verification that the wall repair is sound. I am not the appropriate person for that inspection. Monday April 11, 2005 is the completion inspection date already scheduled by Tony Rugg. I will be on the site to inspect all of the landscape / irrigation items on that day. Thanks. Replace the 7 dead Dahoon Hollies with Gumbo Limbo 2.. Replace the 5 dead Bay trees with Gumbo Limbo 3.. Replace the 11 dead Wax Myrtles with Green Buttonwood trees. 4.. Replace the proposed 235 Lonicera sempervirons with 588 Cocoplum. It is impossible to obtain 3' trellis lonicera, and it would be a messy choice even if we could find it, and it would not live in full shade, which would flag more replacement costs. The cocoplum is a little more money up front, but I believe would constitute a long term savings. 5.. Only 1 sabal palm needs to be replaced, the other is alive and can be staked up. We will show the above referenced changes as as-built changes at the end of the Project. Please let me know if the they are acceptable to you so that we can proceed with the work.
