Dear Mr. Ford:
In response to your request dated June 4, 2007 for the administrative review and approval of the
modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of 9.5' X 12' storage building to house a generator (as depicted on the attached
drawing).
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 6/4/07 are "minor" as
defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project may
continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The rollup door should be either silver to match the roof or white to match the building color.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

Sir:
Mr. Jim Edward, owner of the referenced property, requests permission
for a minor modification of his commercial site. The proposed project
consists of a small concrete block structure ( approx. 9 ~' x 12') with hip
designed roof structure and overhead roll up door to be used to house a
portable generator for hurricane outages. The stucco finishes will match the
texture and color of the adjacent building (white) and the color of the
standing seam metal roof is to be silver grey. Please find attached, the
requested processing fee, survey and building plans for your review. If
