In response to your request date-stamped June 19, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

1. Landscaping is required around the base of the monument sign and
shall, at a minimum, meet code regulations, which consists of two
(2) types of colorful shrub material planted completely around the
base and two (2) variety of colorful groundcover around the shrubs.
A separate landscape permit must be submitted prior to issuance of
the sign permit.
2. The monument sign shall be a minimum of 10 feet from all property
lines and outside of the 25 foot sight triangle, as depicted on
your drawing.
3. The monument sign shall be a maximum of six (6) feet in height as
depicted on the attached drawing. There shall be no outlining of
the text in any manner that separates the text from the balance of
the sign.
4. The monument sign shall be externally illuminated, as indicated in
discussions with the applicant.
5. The two (2) new wall signs with black letters are approved, however
the remainder of the previous attorney's lettering must be removed
and the wall repaired and painted to remove any remnants thereof.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Please consider this letter as our formal request for 'minor modification of the current
signage on the above named property. We are hereby requesting that the following
modification be deemed minor, and be approved by the City, as soon as practical.
We propose to replace the current monument sign with a 12 foot monument sign
(approximately eight (8) feet above street level), with a setback of twenty-five (25) feet
from NW 7th Street, and ten (10) feet from Boynton Beach Boulevard, as required by the
City's Code. The monument sign will include the law firm's name - Hujber Law Group,
its telephone number (set forth below), and practice areas - Immigration, Family, Real
Estate/Title, and Business Law.
In addition, we propose to change the current building wall sign, which previously stated,
"Sean F. Monahan, P.A. Attorney At Law," with two (2) symmetrical wall signs which
read "Richard A. Hujber, Esq., Immigration Attorney," one of which would be placed on
the west wall of the office building, with the other equidistant and symmetrical on the
south wall of the building.
Both signs shall conform to all applicable Boynton Beach Codes of Ordinances.
