Dear Mr. Muscatello:
In response to your request date-stamped August 14, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of an air compressor enclosure on the rear (east)
elevation of the Yachtsman's Cove Shopping Center (as depicted
on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 8/14/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The enclosure shall have the same finish and be painted the same
color as the rest of the shopping center.
2. If the scope of the project demands removal of landscaping, then
such plant material must be relocated to an area subj ect to
approval of the City Forester.
3. Acceptance of these plans during the minor modification process
does not ensure that additional comments may not be generated at
permit review.

We would like you to consider the application submitted by JMS Masonry Corp.
for a permit to put a small extension to the back of the Boynton Beach Dive
Center at 1550 North Federal Highway, Suite 14. It is our intention to put the
existing compressor and tanks from inside the store and house them in this
facility.
