Dear Mr. Stewart:
In response to your request dated March 30, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/4/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. At time of permitting, provide greater detail of the landscaping to
be installed within the pots and pictures/specification of the pots
themselves. Additionally, the palm trees currently located within
the area of the addition must be accommodated in front of the new
addition, either in a landscape notch or a tree grate within the
sidewalk. Whichever option is chosen, the required ADA accessible
path on the sidewalk must be maintained.
2. Additional landscape material must be installed, at a height
between 4 6 feet, in the landscape buffer along Gateway
Boulevard, planted no further apart than seven (7) foot on center.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
