At time of permitting, provide greater detail of the landscaping to be installed within the pots and pictures/specification of the pots themselves. Additionally, the palm trees currently located within the area of the addition must be accommodated in front of the new addition, either in a landscape notch or a tree grate within the sidewalk. Whichever option is chosen, the required ADA accessible path on the sidewalk must be maintained. 2. Additional landscape material must be installed, at a height between 4 6 feet, in the landscape buffer along Gateway Boulevard, planted no further apart than seven (7) foot on center.
