The changes included in this Minor Modification submittal are outlined below: · The main entrance to the Building along the eastern elevation shifted approximately 90 feet to the south. This shift required the widening of the adjacent sidewalk, so as to provide the minimum required width for accessible routes. · The minimum required width for the drive aisles in the project is 25 feet. In order to maintain the minimum driveway width and accommodate the wider sidewalk, the driveway was shifted slightly to the east. · Building elevations have also been revised. Please, refer to elevation drawings provided by architect. As with previous submittals; we have only included those sheets affected by the changes in question. Please, proceed with the minor modification review process and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the above mentioned site plan changes.
