Any umbrellas utilized with the outdoor tables shall match the color of the awnings on the building. 4. Capital Facilities fees will be assessed for outdoor seating in excess of 50% of the total customer seating of the establishment and the Business Tax Certificate shall reflect the outdoor seating in the total number of restaurant seats. .
