Dear Mr. Hetue:
In response to your request date-stamped May 22, 2008 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of outdoor seating consisting of 7 tables and 28 chairs
(as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Addition of a door to the northern fa9ade of the building (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 7/1/08 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The outdoor furniture locations shall be exactly as shown on the
attached drawing, and the clear aisle as depicted shall be
maintained on the sidewalk, to facilitate pedestrian traffic.
2. The sidewalk area utilized for the outdoor seating must be policed
several times during the hours of operation to ensure cleanliness
and thoroughly cleaned daily.
3. Any umbrellas utilized with the outdoor tables shall match the
color of the awnings on the building.
4. Capital Facilities fees will be assessed for outdoor seating in
excess of 50% of the total customer seating of the establishment
and the Business Tax Certificate shall reflect the outdoor seating
in the total number of restaurant seats.

Dear Mr. Breese:
The applicant is requesting a minor modification for the installation of a storefront door wi
side lights as shown on the sheet A4.0. The detail plan 1/A4.0 and 3/A4.0 identifies the
door and its location. We have also included an elevation which identifies the door. We
have called out that the glazing and storefront material match existing.
In addition the applicant is requesting permission to place seven (7) tables wi 28 chairs for
outdoor service in a patio area which was specifically designed for outdoor tables.
