administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modification of Commerce Bank building colors to Classic White
and White Delight by MAB Paints (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 6/12/07 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review and are

Commerce Bank, N.A., as Owner and Applicant, requests a minor modification to the
approved colors for the bank approved at the northwest corner of Boynton Beach
Boulevard and Winchester Park Boulevard (100 Boynton Beach Boulevard). The City
Commission approved a development order for this property on April 18, 2006. The bank
building was constructed, issued a certificate of occupancy, and open for business in
November, 2006. The building elevations approved by the City call for the primary color
of the two buildings to be light beige, Chapelle Tint (MAB 98547-PG) and the secondary
color, a slightly darker beige, Vizoino Desert (MAB 98591-D).
The Applicant desires to re-paint the stucco exterior of the bank building to White Delight
(MAB 98436-P) as the primary color and Classic White (MAB 041150) as the secondary
color. The approved retail buildings will remain the same color as originally approved.
The color choice of Chapelle Tine creates a monotonous development pattern along the
Boynton Beach Boulevard corridor. The Applicant desires to modify the building color to
provide individuality that remains compatible with the surrounding area. Other structures
along this segment of Boynton Beach Boulevard that also have white exteriors include
Wachovia, Applebee's, and the Post Office; therefore, the request is consistent with the
color pattern in the vicinity.
