RE: Citrus Park Master Plan Modification (setbacks)
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Cooper,
We are in receipt of your request for a modification to the Citrus Park Master
Plan, in particular, setback reduction to accommodate swimming pools on
various lots within the community.
The approval letter from the HOA should state that it is supporting a Master
Plan modification to setbacks for pools for the entire Planned Unit
Development PUD) with the understanding that the change would be applicable to
not only your lot but others with the same conditions.
Please advise the HOA that this is not a variance and should not be referred
to as such.
Revise your letter of request to state specifically that you are requesting a
setback reduction for pools for the Master Plan to specific lots with the
development. The request is for: existing setback (x) minus the desired
setback(d)= reduction amount. Thus x-d=requested reduction in setback.
In addition to revised letters of application, please submit the following
items:
a. 12 sets of master plans indicating those lots eligible for the setback
reduction. Do not include those that qualify under the previous approval.
b. Sketch of the proposed pool layout on you lot, you may use a survey of
your property. Dimensions and distances from property lines should be
shown.
c. The application fee for the request is $500.00, payable to the City of
Boynton Beach.
If you have questions, I can be reached at 742-6265.
Sincerely,
~c~
