RE: City Towing
Dear Mr. Beasley,
A preliminary review of the above-referenced project has revealed the
following deficiencies.
The abandonment application is lacking:
1. A survey of the alley or portion of alley to be abandoned including ~
metes and bounds legal description of the alley.
2. Letters from the various utility companies reflecting their interest ~
or non/interest in the alley to be abandoned.
The Land Use/ Rezoning application is lacking:
1. A traffic study / statement.~ ~
2. The Land Use fee which is $750.00 (only a rezoning fee was ~
submi t ted) .
If the adjacent property under lease by the applicant is also being
proposed for Land Use and Rezoning, please submit a copy of the lease
agreement between applicant and owner of the property as well as consent of
the owner for the applicant to proceed with the Land Use/Rezoning.
As the application submitted for Land Use / Rezoning states only the parcel
owned by the applicant is to be considered, and you wish for both parcels
to be considered jointly, submit a revised application indicating both
parcel numbers, a revised survey and legal description (of both
properties). The 'agent consent form and ownership affidavit form will need
to be certified'.
Due to these deficiencies this submittal is considered incomplete and
cannot be processed until the above items are submitted. If you have any
questions, please call me at 561-742-6265.
