As luck would have it, Carol is a "board member" of the loosely organized community board, not a formal HOA. I told her of the P&D date and the City Commission date and asked if she could relay the information to the community since they are outside of the 400 ft radius that requires noticing by the applicant. (one per road frontage). Take photos of the signs on the property. Complete the affidavit indicating this has occurred within the specific time frame. Submit the affidavit, photos of sign, property owners list (those notified) and radius map indicating the 400 ft. to the Office of the City Clerk in the week prior to the Board meeting (April 20- April 24). Accompanying this fax is the ordinance regulating the noticing, a sample of the site sign as well as a courtesy notice.
