Pursuant to your request, enclosed please find the following information with respect to
the above referenced project:
1. Four (4) sets of revised building elevation plans showing all four sides of each single-
family model and all four sides of the typical townhouse building. These plans
indicate the type of material for the architectural features, the finishes and the paint
name and code for the colors to be used as well as the location they are to be used;
2. The Estates at Heritage Club Field Color Choice and Accent Colors sheet; and
3. A check in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) made payable to the
City of Boynton Beach.
I am confirming with you that this matter will be administratively approved. Please advise
our office of when a copy of the revised plans has been approved and may be picked up. If you
