Dear Mr. Mankoff:
In response to your request dated September 20, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Addition of new single-family model (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 9/20/07 & 10/8/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application, subject to the following conditions:
1. Acceptance of these plans during the minor site plan modification
review process does not ensure that additional comments may not be
generated at permit review.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Dear Kathleen:
Pursuant to the Pre-Application Conference Meeting on August 30, 2007, enclosed
please find the following information with respect to the above referenced project:
1. Four (4) sets of the "Casa Bellaria" model single family home building elevations
showing all four sides of the home as well as the floor plans. These plans indicate
the type of material for the architectural features, the finishes and the paint name and
code for the colors to be used as well as the location they are to be used; and
2. A check in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) made payable to the
City of Boynton Beach.
I am confirming with you that this matter will be administratively approved. Please advise
our office when a copy of the revised plans has been approved and may be picked up. If you
