Addition of new single-family model (as depicted on the attached plan) . Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 9/20/07 & 10/8/07 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. Acceptance of these plans during the minor site plan modification review process does not ensure that additional comments may not be generated at permit review. These plans indicate the type of material for the architectural features, the finishes and the paint name and code for the colors to be used as well as the location they are to be used; and 2. A check in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) made payable to the City of Boynton Beach. I am confirming with you that this matter will be administratively approved.
